Your information ability ""sucks""… I have spent over an hour just trying to find where to change my address, phone number and name sense I married. There is nothing that makes this easy to do on your pages. I called your customer service only to be connected to your employees and vender lines. It is just way to frustrating dealing with this so I guess I'll take my money and shopping elsewhere..
