I have been with Boost for 5 years and in the last 3 1/2 years I have been receiving poor service. Paying for data I can't use. First I was getting unlimited data with bill decrease every 3 months eventually that went to data decrease from unlimited to 2.5gbs so I upgraded my plan to 5gbs. Now service is poor and data went fast without being used. Then I upgraded to the highest plan, no better. I have been calling just about 2-3 times a week for 2 plus years and still get the same results. I'm so done changing my service next month. Please help?
