I received a grace period on the first of the month. I talk to Boost mobile yesterday over and over and over again because I want to set up arrangements for Friday they assured me it was no problem. I woke up this morning my cell phone service was off. Call them back and they said to grace. Did not go in effect yet so they changed my plan so it can stay on to Friday. I am very dissatisfied customer because they flat out lied to me yesterday so they can change my plan and make people pay more money. I truly think dishonest company.
