Hello my Name is Scott Bishop my boost mobile number is I have been dealing with a technical issue in the Durham NC area for over (2) Weeks. I have not been able to receive and send text properly my billing address is 410 Liberty st. Durham NC 27701. I have spoken to several customer care representatives and they are will not let me speak to a supervisor. Each time I ask for one they say call back in 48 hrs. I have been on a monthly plan but switched to the daily plan after having these issues due to the fact. I should not pay for services that are not working. I have had great service up to this point but I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving at this point. It should be some type of compensation for this issue and customer service stated they did not have an estimated time of repair for this inconvenience.
