I was a Clear Mobile customer for years. Clear was closing and recommended transferring to Boost Mobile. I signed up with Boost on October 2nd. I lost my mobile hotspot in late October. When I called Boost, they were spectacularly unhelpful. I made 10 calls and was on the phone for 3 hours. All the phone agents were original Spanish speakers. One was nice enough but my account could not be found anywhere. I told I had to have the original box, after the fact. They lost my account completely. I was on autopay. I had to cancel my payment. I have never had this problem with any other company.
