We have been very loyal customers of Boost for 3 1/2 years, we even had a lot of our friends join Boost. Because we have been such good customers they sent us a promotion offer to get a S6 with zero down. We went to the Sprint store in town and they said that it was no problem and everything would be transferred over. Well everything was except for the money. Boost told us that the money was lost, a full $80 and that is was nontransferable and non refundable. They said that it was all our fault that we didn't know that we would lose the money and there was no way to get the money back. I do not recommend Boost to anyone anymore and if you get any promos from them, do not accept them.
