I am very disappointed with Budget Blinds from Madison, WI. I ordered two blinds and they did not roll up properly — paid $470 for them and have no blinds as owner took them and said he'd refer them back to Springs Window fashions. These were ordered and paid for in 2013. I request a refund if your blinds cannot be properly installed.
