In one apartment of Flewitt House there has been no hot water for a whole week and no efficient solution was done. At first it took a long time for you to send someone to check the equipment, and then we were told to wait till Friday for some elements to come. Now we were told that the elements won't arrive until tomorrow or next Monday. We are having lots of problems living here due to the lack of hot water and are really annoyed by this inefficient work. We hope this problem will be solved soon.
