Poor Communication with Loan Officer and Processor… I still have not received my gift card I was promised for the horrible service I received (I keep asking for it and as usual still no response). I had a great experience with my purchase when you were Academy, so I decided to refinance with you (now Caliber) and my experience was the exact opposite. Also, I was promised money at the end of my loan and I had to pay $950 plus I was told I would get money back from Escrow from my previous bank and they said I am getting no money back. The Loan Officer and Processor needs to communicate and educate their customers. This loan process gave me anxiety and many sleepless nights.
