I received outstanding technical support resolving a problem I had with my Canon PIXMA MG8120 scanner. The Canon representative (Rich) worked with me for almost 1 hour… He was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable about my Canon printer/scanner which is wirelessly connected to my iMac; a pleasure to work with.
