I have been trying to deal with them since July 2015. They are the worse company to call. I have no patience with people who charge your account a misc. Amount and then debit and then charge it again. I now have to prove I paid when clearly they show I paid. I truly wish MVP would get away from CVS Caremark. It is totally the work experience of my life and at a time when both my husband and I are sick. Someone should really think twice. I am changing my insurance so I do not have to deal with them anymore. It's awful how bad they are.
