Like many of your posts my loan was sold from Sun West to Cenlar earlier this year. Every year in the past that I was with Sun West I would receive a check for overpayment into the Escrow account set aside for property tax etc. This year I noticed our property taxes decreased by $40 and I also purchased insurance through Erie resulting in annual savings. My question is why instead of my usual $300-ish reimbursement check I received a bill for $33.00. Who can we report these predators to?
