After using Centurylink for one year (our commitment), we were charged an early termination fee of $200. Although we initiated in Iowa and terminated in Ohio, we were assured upon signing that our service would be transferred. Found out that CenturyLink's offices don't recognize each fact our Iowa customer number could not even be found in the Ohio's office database.
Phone support was pathetic. Asked to speak to "Charlie's" supervisor only to be told he wasn't in. Uggh!
