I had a package which included internet, dish network and phone. When I called to cancel they did not tell me that I now had to call dish directly. When I called back 3 days later (after I got a separate dish bill) their response was "you have to call them" I was not told this at the initial call. I Called dish anthem indicated that Centurylong was supposed to take care of this. They (dish) were very helpful and promptly took car of the cancellation.
