Ever since I moved to my new house in San Gabriel, I have had internet outages every single day. I have had technicians from Charter "service" the problem every 2 weeks, but yet they still can't provide the "fast, reliable" internet services they claim to offer. Charter apparently has a monopoly on my house and my next door neighbor because they own the cable rights, so they have no incentive to fix this issue.in all the years I had Cablevision's Optonline service in NY, where I am from, I only had less than a handful of outages, and that was through hurricanes and bad weather.
