I have problems with the internet every single day and when I call customer service they tell me it's not router, not the modem and to call my router company. I really want to cancel this internet service but my area doesn't provide any other internet service but I heard at&t is working on it and soon they will be able to give connection in our area. I can't wait for that. I have to do school work and have assignments due all the time and my internet gives me problem every single day. The even went up on price and don't want to give us the internet service we pay for. I just hate it! I am very dissatisfied.
