I just want to reset my wifi password. Teenager. I have done this before successfully with other internet companies. Not being able to get through the 888 phone line I went to the office where the attendant could not help with my issue. I sat at the office showing her that the customer service number drops my calls. Then I finally got through. The phone rep was very helpful, changed the password but sent an email with an attachment with instructions. I can't see or download the attachment. I need to know how to reset it myself. Now I believe I have the right username and password but when I put in the 192.162.1.1 I can't get to the login box like there was before. I'm going back to AT&T.
