My contract ended and it going to increase. I understand the increase and so I ask for any promotions, NO I ask for a credit on a movie I was not able to watch because it would glitch. I also told her of all the other issues on cable and internet. She responds, " Well you don't get it tested with a tech. You won't get any more credits." When I first reported the issue of not being able to watch the movie, that person didn't say "let me get you a tech for you." I was content with Charter, but now I'm looking to change service. Even calling today trying to get dates of service so I can change providers because I paid for the month. The rep didn't even care to find out what's wrong or why you're thinking of leaving.
