I had been a Chase customer for over a year and my daughter had a savings account with them as well. I went to my Chase app to login and the account was suspended. I then contacted the department per the customer service which was a 45 minute hold time to be informed that Chase had closed my account and a check for my current balance would be mailed to me with seven days. No explanation or reason for the rude attitude and absolutely no concern as to how this may affect me. Being a single mother and living on a fixed budget this was shocking and disturbing since they made you feel like a criminal. They are bullish morons and I will pursue this situation in other legal arenas so they don't think that they can continue with the unethical methods towards their customers.
