I have been a very satisfied consumer of Southwest Airline for over 20 years. However, their credit card managed by Chase is not a consumer based organization. For example, on Nov 9th I found an advertisement from Chase Southwest credit card. So I called Southwest Chase 800 792 0001 to ask about the offer. I was told they could not help me over the phone and they did not have the ability to return my call. I thought it was a joke a billion dollar company can not return a phone call?! So I wasted my 10 minutes trying to get a simple request of please sign me up for the offer. Fortunately, someone did call they never apologized. Just said they would talk to their employee. I have dealt with Chase for over 40 years and they are a machine. I wish Southwest would find another vendor. It is not a good match.
