I just lost my job and I contacted Chase to end my card and all automatic transactions being taken from the card. They faked to do so. Now I have overdraft fees of over 300 dollars and ok begging them to help me out but they said I've used all my refunds for overdrafts for the year. I just feel like there is no compassion or understanding whatsoever. They do not care about their customers. The person I spoke to from Chase literally made me cry after getting off the phone with her because she was just heartless. All she talked about was me having to just pay my bills. Save yourself. Do not get a chase account. They are horrible and very very heartless.
