I've had a card with Chase Bank for 20 years. Recently, however, their customer service has gone in the toilet. I recently paid my card off completely, or so I thought. But somehow, I still owed 13 cents. Yes, you read that correctly – $0.13. They sent me a warning that I was late on my monthly payment and I had to pay now or face a penalty charge. They must have had a recent management change.
