My mother-in-law is widow. When she tried to go to her husband's safety deposit box, she was told they had no record of it? When my FIL originally got it, was Home Savings, then WAMU, then Chase. Now, they say they have no record but she has the keys and acct.info. The bank manager said there's nothing they could do about it. They can't let them go in the box because they don't have a record of who the box belong to. What can she do about this?
