They are the absolute worst. They closed my account and would not issue me a check for my remaining balance because they lied and said they needed to verify my occupation. After a month and millions of phone calls and sessions which you have to wait 20 min to talk to someone they finally couldn't help but verify everything was true on my end. Hard-earned money I made needed to be verified and no one else ever gave me that problem. The cachet part was my check deposit had been accepted before the closure due to fraud and they still needed to verify it like I was a criminal writing fake hourly wage checks. Pointblank they suck with customer affairs! Screw Chase Bank forever and ever and I will tell everyone that till the day I die!!
