The sales rep was excellent – almost too quick, though. He got my flight quickly and was thorough. My email confirmation came right away. I was impressed at the speed of the service. I didn't think I got a great bargain, though, as I saw the same prices previously online. For this reason, I did not ask about car rentals or hotels.
