Absolutely No customer service. I have phoned 3 times today. Paper was never delivered, was told by first robot that it would take 60-90 minutes for delivery. Second call told me it had been delivered, but another would be delivered, no time frame. Third call, "office is closed". The Sunday before Thanksgiving… No coupons, no sale papers no reason to keep the Trib.
