Even though we NEVER get on paper on time, I don't write or call everyday. Too much. When we write or call, we get the same form letter or stock answer but no improvement. Apparently notifying the regional manager isn't helping. We are 50 year subscribers and over the last 6 months we get our paper 1/2 hour late everyday. Someone has to fix this now or one day I'll be writing to the President of the company. Fix this.
