My experience with Chicago Tribune customer service is that there is NONE! Subscriber for over 45 years. Have not received a paper at least 22 days out of the last 33. Numerous emails and conversations with out-sourced robots that offer plenty of apologies and little else. Unfortunately, nothing seems to fix this so-called distribution problem with a new carrier in Northwest IN. Today the semi-usless phone prompt system is not even being answered. Wouldn't it have been easier to just announce the demise of all print editions (the obvious ultimate strategy) rather than treat long time customers like pieces of garbage? I would be ashamed to work for a company that is so poorly run… No accountability, no execution and certainly no operational passion to match what's left on the editorial side. A disgrace… Hard to imagine they once had the stones to call it the World's Greatest Newspaper!
