Our delivery is terrible since they switched to a new delivery person about 6-9 months ago. We have to call almost every Sunday to report that we haven't received our papers or the paper is delivered late—today ours was delivered at 9:45. This is even worse since the same person now also delivers our Daily Herald and New York Times (The Tribune's idea to be more efficient by having just one person deliver). We're just about ready to give up our subscriptions.
