Just felt a need to share what I witnessed today. A coworker of mine is a marine vet. Apparently chillies was giving free meals to vets today so he went there (in Searcy) and ordered his food. They said it would be free of charge and thanked him for his service. A short time later the manger came to him and said the offer was only for dine in and told him he would have to pay for the meal. So he did and left. About an hour or so later a car pulled up at the office and woman got out in a chick-fil-a uniform carrying a bag of food. She asked for him and handed the food to him thanking him for his service and said she had heard from his wife that he had had a bad experience earlier in the day and they hoped they could make his day better free of charge. Very cool move chick-fil-a!!!
