I have tried to reach you by phone several times. I need some help uploading my photos… I tried and they all come up sideways?

Also I want to give you my private billing information over the phone instead of on line!

This service did work the first time I called with questions which I was grateful for, unfortunately it is not the case the day I want to subscribe during your regular business hours.
