When viewing my account on Christian Mingle the day my subscription expired there was a notation of $6 to renew, so I didn't cancel it. But the next day I looked and they had charged $89 to my account. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with Colin requesting it be cancelled and my credit card be reimbursed. I told him I never received an email showing the rate of $89. He said they sent it and it might be in my junk mail. I didn't think to look there since I get numerous emails from them directly in my Inbox. He wouldn't budge and said I would not be reimbursed. This is horrible customer service and I'll never again use this dating service. They are not customer friendly!
