Cincinnati Bell-I am really unhappy with your Fioptics service. It never works right. Whenever I call your "customer service" overseas, they can't help me. It's ludicrous because you can't understand anyone you talk to and you can barely hear them. They can't get anything straight and will pass you from person to person. Many of my HD cable channels are freezing up and stuttering and have been for weeks now here in Anderson Township. It's really annoying. Whenever you go to change the channel it will freeze up. My picture has been pixelating a lot as well. It seems as if it doesn't stream smoothly and the 720p channels have poor picture quality. The cable will go down sometimes too just like my internet. Your service is so unreliable and slow and nobody down there seems to know how to fix the problems. I guess it's time to switch providers.
