I had another bad experience with your joke of a customer service line today. Why can't my cable and internet service be fixed right so it doesn't freeze up or go out all the time? It's ridiculous. I don't like calling because I can't get through to anyone who speaks English there. Then they ask me to repeat everything because they can't understand what I'm saying. My bill is never right and I have to call about that every month to. I'm just about done with your company and am going back to Dish Network. I hope you will fix your customer service along with your cable and Internet service.
