My 90 year old mother who has alzheimer's was charged $59 automatically on her bank account for a Classmates account apparently opened in 2010. She has not touched a computer in over four years, yet was just recently charged for a renewal of classmates. A classmates employee says we will receive a refund of $29.50 which is half of what my mother was charged. I am not happy with this… No effort was apparently made to contact to see if we desired to have this account renewed. So a 90 year old on a fixed income is paying for absolutely nothing!
