As a new home owner Cogeco provided us with 6 months free service; very nice considering all the upfront cost of owning your first home.

However, we had so many issues with cable and wait times exceeding 1.5 hours that its not even worth sticking with them. If your going to sell a service and try and get people on board… You need to attend to your customers. If I can't get service now as a potential client for the future, I can only imagine how their existing customers are treated.
