Bait and switch company when trying to cancel service. I have the signed copy of my contract which stated there would be no early termination fees. Called to cancel service after one year and the Customer Service rep claims there is an early termination fee. Knowing I would be moving within the 12-24 months, I ensured the no early termination fee clause was in the 24 month contract. Now, so-called customer service, instead of actually providing the service of cancelling the account, is essentially trying to steal money from a client who paid every bill on time. Horrible "Customer Service." On top of that, when asked to escalate, get the "no one is available it could be up to 48 hours" line.
