Every time I call customer service it is a horrible experience. My elderly Mother received a $70.00 fee for a service visit to her apartment when they had to replace wiring on the outside of the building. I tried explaining she should not be charged the rep could not tell what was done but she had to pay it. I asked to speak a manager he replied why? I said because I am getting no where with this conversation asked to speak to a manager again, he said you have no reason to speak a manager? Now how is that for customer service they tell you what you need to pay, no explanation to the service done and you cannot question or speak to a manager. I left Comcast for 6 years for Direct TV and thought I would give them a change. Big mistake! Big!
