I want to know why the COMED repair trucks are always parked at the Waukegan Pier? I am a local fisherman and I see the truck parked at the pier 4 or 5 times a day at all hours of the night too. I asked the driver, who said he was Chris Bracey, what he was doing and he said he was playing a game on his phone. Why would a repair truck be parked at the pier at 2am and the driver be out at the little lighthouse, don't they have real work to be doing? I'm paying my bill every month and I hope its not so the truck drivers can spend their time fishing or playing games like us retired people.
