First call, tried to activate new Motorola phone. Told it was activated. Phone could not make text dial, only emergency calls. Told to wait 30 min to 24 hours for phone to activate, still no activation. Second call, told activation was not occurring as number was now on T-Mobile network and not AT&T. Sim card sent was in error probably need to get one. Went to Target to get new sim card, then called to activate phone. Office closed, now no phone. Old phone was deactivated so it would take 48 to 72 hours to activate it. Now I can call back at 4 AM to activate phone. All pictures lost, all contacts lost. Should have been told that activation had to occur within a given time frame of "open office"! Still getting charged for services… Wow.
