I have lost all my phone contacts, photos, games and connection. All it lets me do is dial an emergency number. All apps are gone. I can't even call your company. I am completely shut down. I would like to turn my phone in and cancel my service with you. I cannot afford to be without contact with family and other people like my school, insurance co. Etc. Your new update sucked my phone dry. This is unacceptable. I emailed support, but they stated it would be 3-5 days -also unacceptable.
