Ordered smartphone on their advise it was defective. Contacted Consumer Cellular 3 time. They said they would send a return label. It was never received either by email or home address. The 3rd time I called they told me the time had run out on returning the phone. Order date 9-11-15, last call to Consumer Cellular 10-11-15.
