Disgusting service. I horrified. Dress didn't arrive and order was placed well in time as advised Martie. Was given the sample dress in the store which was the wrong colour. Offered no assistance in helping get the original dress out of customs. Refused to give us the dress unless payment had cleared in her account and offered no discount being a sample dress. This 3 month disaster was stressful and left a bad taste in my mouth. Weddings are magical and this women was rude, unhelpful and destroyed a what should have been a pleasant and exciting experience.
