Have had in/out Internet Service for 2.5 years. They finally sent a Tech who determined the line coming into the house was defective. Told on three different times it would be fixed yet it never was. Saw a sub-contractor come and look at the line and then they give up. I have called for updates (they provide none), credit (paying $99/month), and an action plans to resolve issue and received nothing. I gave up and am switching to a competitor.
