I received a damaged TV stand which is not the problem. The problem is dealing with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I put it in on Friday last week and they just said they let the manufacture know. I have yet to hear back. I have called them and they won't help me at all. I have been trying to unbox all of my equipment for 2 weeks now and can't do anything. I have nobody I can talk to and frustrated beyond belief. I bet if do send me a replacement part it will be at least a week before it comes to me. Also they want me to save the giant box that takes up half my hallway that I couldn't deal with anymore so I had to finally throw it out.
