I tried twice to make an inspection for my lease return. Michael [718-323-2660] was one of the inspectors, and he was SO rude. I missed his call once, so I called right back, but he never picked up, so I left him THREE messages and he never once returned my call. I called Data Scan, and them someone told me that I don't have to take the inspection if I don't want too, after I had already missed TWO FULL DAYS from work. I would have appreciated it if someone would've had the decency to tell me that before hand, so I didn't lose pay from my job.
