I had an appointment in October. My bridal consultant showed little interest or concern for my needs. After driving almost an hour I wanted to utilize my appointment. I should have left. I accomplished nothing there. She was no help in the dressing room. At times she walked away and my matron had to get her attention. She was very little help with attempting to help with getting a better fit of dresses on me, and brought one by one a poor selection, even after I showed her a picture.

I made a complaint the next day via email and my information was sent to the wrong manager. She was pleasant, apologetic, and offered for me to come to another store to have a better experience. My information was forwarded to the appropriate manager and after a month of emails and calls we finally spoke. She listened and informed me that the employee was no longer there. She offered a small discount and for me to visit another David's Bridal store. The managers attempted to make it right. I had another appointment this week at another David's Bridal store, but after I saw the reviews I cancelled my appointment.
