We stayed at your inn at Sequim, wa. We checked in on Veterans Day.
We were early and asked about early check in and was told there is a $25.00 charge. We were the only car in the parking lot, and the only guests and it was Veterans Day and my husband is a disabled vet.
How sad is that. And it is now 3:30 and we are still the only car in the parking lot.
I can only say that I would not stay at another days inn, as your people really don't care!!!
