Bought Vizio TV through Dell – good price, but customer service experience was the worst I have ever experienced. First TV Delivered broken – more than an hour on phone waiting for customer service. Wait another 10 days for new TV which is also delivered broken. Two and a half hours on phone waiting for customer service. Even after 2nd TV was delivered broken, Dell was not willing to do anything to expedite delivery of 3rd TV — would have been more than a month between initial order and delivery of working (maybe) TV. Cancelled order. Must wait more than a month & a half for refund. I have my doubts that refund will be processed effectively. Obnoxious customer service people. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Not sure how they stay in business treating customers this way. I will NEVER buy from Dell again!!
