Call Dell customer services and hooked up with Jim in India. He turned me over to Neil level 2. After 1 hour on the phone nothing was do to fix my problem. Although Neil tried to sell me a $799 software package that would solve all my problems for, as he put it, the rest of my life. Calling for help and have to say NO many times for a software package, I hung up. As I said, nothing was done to fix my problems. I guess, once you buy a product from Dell, they no longer want to hear from their customers. Next time I need a new computer, I will have to think twice before I look at Dell products.
